PowerBlock Sport Bench Dip Attachment, Workout Bench Accessory

I looked at over a dozen benches and the quality and sturdiness of this bench is way beyond most. While not exactly cheap, this is something you would expect in a fitness club and will last for years. The dip attachment is awesome and is another reason why I specifically bought this bench. It is surprisingly sturdy and doesn't wobble at all. Best bench out there!

The grip is really good even with sweaty hands and this thing feels solid. I wanted something where the bars weren't too far apart (which would cause too much internal rotation of the shoulder joint--bad news) and this thing delivered. While this is attached, you can still lower the bench and use it flat and I haven't noticed it getting in the way when doing other exercises with the bench. However, if you want to remove it, it takes about 5 seconds. I'm about 6' and it was high enough off the ground for me to use it. Note: I'm only ~150lbs but I used it with a 45lb plate on a dipping belt and didn't have much issue with the bench moving around.

The attachment is solidly built and turns the bench into a more versatile piece of equipment. However, the bench wobbles a bit from side to side when using the attachment. This appears to be due to the narrow width of the bench. So the bench with attachment is not as stable as a dip stand with a wider base would be.

I was 250 now 245 this product works well I did put 2 45 pound plates on seat to help with wobble. But this item and the powerblock Benjamin are great ..

Exactly what I expected. Strong, sturdy and easy to install to my bench. Definitely worth the price.

Works as advertised. It's a great accessory to a home gym without taking up a ton of space.

I had a little trouble attaching the dip to the sports bench at first. But once one screw started to tighten the other one was a breeze. A plus is that you can leave the dip attachment on and still easily place your bench in the corner of your room or in a closet space. The negative thing about this is its a little wobbly but you can't find many benches on the market that provide a dip attachment. If you create good stabilization once your dipping the wobble from the dip attachment is no problem. I can't tell you not to buy this because it adds alot more to just a plan old sports bench.
