Stainless steel catheter - Is this Cock Cage compatible accessory

The TERNENCE Stainless Steel Male Chastity Device Accessories 8mm tubing Y11 (0.5mm Cage Steel Tube) feels surprisingly comfortable with some lube. It makes peeing easier in smaller cages.

8mm is just too big for most people. 7mm would have been perfect. I was able to get it into my urethra several times but there was considerable resistance and the tip of my penis bled after wearing for 12 hours of continuous wear. Not comfortable at all. Great if you're into pain though which I am. Just not to the point of the tip of my urethra bleeding.

This is for the .5mm cage steel tube. I had bought my cage from another seller a year ago, but it looked just like the one in the picture so I assumed the tube would fit. Turns out the cage I have has a wider hole than the one this seller is selling. It's wide enough for the whole tube to fall out the front of the cage. I had to find a small washer to make sure it doesn't slide out the end of the tube when I have it on. This isn't the sellers fault, so I'm not gonna fault them for that. I will say that even if I had the right cage for the tube, there's one thing that makes me nervous about the design. if the cap were to unscrew itself while the cage is on and tube is in place, the tube could slip further down your urethra where you can't retrieveit. That's a bit of a scary thought. There's no flared base or rim to keep that from happening once the cap is unscrewed.

I just recently purchased the curved tube, to use in my curved chastity cage. I enjoy wearing it all day.

A) Average urethra for a male, per medical literature, is 5-7 mm diameter. Most common male medical catheter (per catheter manufacturer) is 5mm. Not sure why they don’t offer some other sizes. B). The threaded portion should be longer. Putting it on a Ternence cage which is not threaded, I was able to make 3-4 twists on the cap. I would expect it to come unscrewed over the course of a day. Will not be using for these reasons

For me, the stainless steel tube is a must-have, as well as a strap. I unfortunately experience a lot of discomfort from bits sticking out of my cage, and the tube not only removes that possibility from the big hole, it also creates a small air gap to prevent chafing across the smaller holes. The major issue though is that, if you get aroused, the positioning of the cage and the tube needs to be absolutely perfect. When flaccid, there shouldn't be an issue. However, when there is a lot of force behind the arousal your parts will do anything they can to expand. If the cage is at an incorrect angle compared to your aroused parts, for example, due to tight underwear, the tube will cause a burning stinging sensation. The only thing to do is ask yourself if it's a safe and tolerable discomfort that you're willing to tough out. Again, when flaccid there is no issue at all. In terms of urinating, I'd guess that about 50% of urine passes through the tube. The rest sprays out from the small holes or sides. Urinating while flaccid with an elastic strap is fine, but don't expect a miracle. Urinating while aroused or with a stiff belt can be very messy because almost no urine passes through the tube and thus causes discomfort from overpressure. It also means that there is a lot more urine getting all over the place and you'll need to clean yourself thoroughly. In terms of maintenance, before and after wearing clean it with alcohol! I use Q-tips dipped in 96% alcohol to clean the inside of the tube, then I drop it in a small bottle and leave it for a couple of minutes (for example while I shower or brush my teeth). I give it 3 stars because I wish I was comfortable in it throughout the day, but as mentioned even the slightest bit of arousal makes it hurt quite a bit.
