Wow, this stuff seals and lasts
I had a fountain that leaked through some cracks. I tried the brand or sealant advertised on TV, you know, the bias with sealed screen door in the bottom. Seven coats, it never really sealed and lasted about 6 months. 3 coats of this stuff and a year and a half later, itโs sealed up tight. I really like this stuff. I wonder how it works as underbody protection on a carโฆ..

Works and cheaper than competitors
Easier to open and seems to spread fine and seal. Only complaint, it's listed as black but looks dark brown. Last gorilla seal I got was half solidified. Flexseal prices keep creeping up.

Worth the added price if you need a relatively thin water sealant.
Worked great for a rainwater leak between the neghibors cement wall and the new aluminum flashing I installed over the new framing of our basement Bilco doors. Taking advantage of a recent heat wave, in addition to heating up the liquid rubber container in some warm water prior to pouring really helped get the product thin enough to run down into some very tight spots. Wife and I used a large plastic medical syringe along with some 5/16" OD polyurethane tube that screwed perfectly into the Luer-Lock end of the syringe to inject the rubber into the problem areas. It was well worth the price, for our application, IMO.

Good adhesion.
I used a foam brush to apply this to a water fountain container. Applied a second coat the next day. Itโs been on for a couple months now and shows no sign of releasing from its base. I also used it to coat an overflow drip pan on my central ac unit. Here too adhesion was great and now my galvanized drip pan is protected from corrosion. I was impressed with the coverage from the container. Still have about 1/3 container for my next waterproofing project.

Seems iffy to me even after a few months it's still sticky
A little nervous about this product I haven't got a heavy rain yet since I've used it but it doesn't seem to dry being sticky it's very stretchy which maybe that's a good thing I don't know ๐ I've put four coats of it down hope it works.. Also I've used Aims block and wall about 4 years ago and it when it dries it's pretty hard I did four coats of that and it's been holding the water back so I know that works. I got a picture of both on stir sticks in my review here..

Many uses - this is the bomb
I bought this to seal cowl leaks in 2 trucks, not the normal use. It's water-based, important because it didn't flow into my leaks. After much experimentation, I found that you can dilute it by 80% (8 water to 1 of this). It found every leak path and left a very thin but waterproof seal. Some leaks took 3 tries. This was after a lot of testing on tilted junk metal to see how it flowed and what it left. No matter how much you dilute it, there will always be a rubber membrane, not thick but enough that it worked for me. And it flowed like water to find every leak. I can't think of anything else that would have worked like this did. Use distilled water. Even diluted by as much as I did, it left a very thin rubber membrane that could not be scratched off. It's very tough stuff. 3 months later: This comes in a plastic container with a snap-on lid, which works unless you drip onto the edge of the seal. Clean that up with water immediately. If you put the lid on with wet rubber on the edge, you will make up cuss words trying to get the lid off again. For small jobs I use ketchup type bottles to suck up enough to do the job & go from there. Store the container upright. If left on it's side the liquid will wick into the seal, more cuss words. Keep the lid seal clean; you've been warned.

Did not work
First heavy rain and the entire shed roof got puffy and started lifting in the substrate. Annoyed because it took 3+ days to dry enough to even handle. Iโll have to tear the entire roof off and try something else. Big waste of time and money

Canadian made product that works well
This product is made in Canada so it was a no brainer for me to purchase it. I used it in my shed the ceiling was leaking after a rainfall. The application was so easy. No difficultly applying the coat on the ceiling .. No dripping. The product dried in a very short time. I checked just how good this product is after the last rain full. My shed was bone dry I would highly recommend using this Canadian made product
