Review: Beautiful and well made - I have been using this for about 2 months now and have a few other pieces from Scan pan so I know they are well made quality products. This is one of the few brands that carries a Saute pan and this one is deep with high sides .This depth makes it great for cooking up sauces, It is heavy but consistently heats the food.They sell other sizes which will be my next purchase. This is well worth the price and If you look after it well you will keep it for while.

I have been using this for about 2 months now and have a few other pieces from Scan pan so I know they are well made quality products. This is one of the few brands that carries a Saute pan and this one is deep with high sides .This depth makes it great for cooking up sauces, It is heavy but consistently heats the food.They sell other sizes which will be my next purchase. This is well worth the price and If you look after it well you will keep it for while.

This is my 4th Scanpan. I bought the first two 40 years ago and they still are going strong. They have all the right attributes. They are non-stick but still allow a nice carmelization to occur. They clean easily, do not scratch, and require minimal maintenance. Best pans available.
