Are there one or two TPA3116 chips under the heatsink?

There are zero TPA3116 chips under the heatsink. It's some unlabeled 16-pin IC It gets loud though, that's for sure....

Ti spec said tpa3116d2 is 2x50w or 1x100w. with two tpa chip it can be 2x100w. how does this board get 2x120w?

I believe this is an erroneous calculation based on the fact that it can drive 2 x 30W at 8 ohms, following ohms law once could calculate 2 x 60W at 4 ohms, however, to obtain 2 x 30W at 8 ohms, a duel layer pcb is required which this may have, I wouldn't know and don't have it on me, but still the claim is not supported by datasheet. Or maybe they calculated it by the figures 100W @ 2 ohm 24V and voltage max being 26V, but that doesn't calculate and is also not backed up by data sheet. Nice amp though.

What is the name/type of the 3-pin connector used for the inputs? I need to find one with leads, not a connector.

Recommend a Kinter MA170 12V 2 Channel Mini Digital Audio Power Amplifier from Amazon. Much more civilized.

I want to replace the 2 potentiometers into one. What resistor rating should it be?

Honestly, there is a different board with the Volume and a lid/bottom combo for near the same moeny. Should you really want to employ a different pot setup for an existing board, it would be like a 0-10k ohm. Looking at any ole RCA connected volume controller/Bass knob for a car amp would be a premade solution. search for the BLC-3 8$ knob , maybe you can get an idea with it.
