Dorman 902-323 HVAC Blend Door Repair Kit Compatible with Select Dodge Models

No more cold feet!!!! Curious to see if it fails in the same spot as the OEM. It is quite messy and requires a dremel to install if you do not take the whole dash apart. I am pleased so far. There are u-tube videos that explain the process of installation. I think the price is a little high..but I understand supply and demand LOL

Installed on my 03 Ram 1500. My heater was only blowing warm on the passenger side. Then, recently, NO HEAT! Both of my temp blend doors were broken, causing no heat and reduced floor airflow.Good quality parts and work like a dream. Air is blowing harder than I remembered. Did I mention I have HEAT!?

Perfect replacement for me Mode 2 door! It says that it will not work on my 07, but after looking at it when I had my dash out the first time I took a chance and bought it. I pulled the HVAC box over the weekend and installed it, it was an exact match to the factory broken door. Dorman says that this door would only work on 02-06 RAM 1500's, but after installing it I can say that it'll work on 02-09 RAM's 1500/2500/3500.

The product was defective. The receptacle in the plastic hinge for the metal pin was manufactured incorrectly so the pin goes in crooked (~15 degrees or so). As a result, you cannot mate it up with the servo motor without putting a LOT of load on the shaft, probably enough to break the new part (I didn't try it). I checked around town at other auto parts stores and all of them have the same defect. When I called Dorman customer service, the very helpful tech pulled up the CAD drawing and said the pin should be straight and that it's likely the mold is defective at the factory. I purchased 2 other similar items (902-324, 902-322) and both of them have perfectly straight pins. I would not recommending purchasing the product until Dorman fixes this issue on the production line.

Completely wrong. Axle for motor attachment is too short. Improper design. Completely unable to use this part to replace broken part. NOT AN EXACT FIT AS STATED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION!!

Better quality than OEM. I don't recommend cutting into the side of heater box to replace. I did the right way by taking system completely apart and replacing

Fixes heat flow on the drivers side.

My hubby did the install and was very very satisfied .The heater is now fully operational on upper and lower level .He's a very happy man. .Thank you .
