how to do you wash this product?

I would wash in cold after pretreat and air dry to avoid shrinking.

What tools come with this mixer?

It’s a mixer cover. No tools come with it.

Will this fit with thebow attached?

Yes, mine fits with the bowl attached.

Does this fit the 3.5 quart kitchenaid artisan mini mixer

I have a rather old 4.5 qt. tilt-head Kitchenaid and this cover amply fits it. I have a feeling it would be too big for your 3.5 mini.
