Perfect fit, I ordered the medium. No sliding or twisting while I am out running. The sports band has little rubber bumps inside in order to prevent it from sliding off or slipping down. Much better than any other phone holder I have used I the past for running. I regularly run three miles and it stays in place and is very comfortable mile after mile. You unfortunately have to pull the phone out if you need to touch the screen for any reason, but if you have headphones you can use for skipping through songs and volume control you will be just fine. No need to take the phone out. I use my headphones to skip through songs and volume control and even answer calls so I do not hardly ever have to touch my phone during a run. I am so happy with this purchase. Unbelievably comfortable and convenient. Lightweight material that doesn't make you sweat anymore than the exercise you are already doing. Easy to take with you because it is a lightweight flexible material. Not like most sports bands with the hard plastic screen window. Honestly, all the window does is allow you the touch the screen, but it is usually too thick to allow any convenience. And it usually just makes the sports band uncomfortable and bulky. This sports band is not bulky what so ever. It is very soft and moves with you easily. Does not have the usual bulky stuff feel of most sports bands. Love it, I want to buy it in every color.

Bought this for running, it seemed like it would be more convenient than the other type since it goes on quickly and I never need to access my phone while running. My Galaxy phone fits perfectly. The armband seems well made and is very comfortable. The problem I have is the size. I measured my arm according to the instructions and ordered the correct size. It seems to fit well but as I start running it begins sliding around - rotating and slowing sliding down. It's not bad if I'm wearing more than a couple layers of clothes, but with one shirt on this thing is useless after 10 minutes. I would consider a smaller size, but it feels fine when I'm not moving. It just seems like the stretchy material is too stretchy.

Bought these to put a very small bluetooth radio in for referee use. The pocket is small, not sure it would hold any cellphone made today. And it was so tight against the radio, it turned one of the com links off in the middle of the game.

This product is pretty good for running and jogging but I wouldn't recommend for workout or while lifitng weights as it might become an obstacle for some exercises. It had gum bubbles inside of the band which acts as anti slip which is very good and we get sweat while running

I have a Moto G7+ power and it is slightly longer than the arm band, but it does stretch as others point out, so no real issues there. The inside grippys keep it from sliding even when you sweat. Keeps my phone secure and hands free plus the bright green is nice. Great price so I am happy

This is a good affordable arm band to carry your cellphone and keys .I walk daily and enjoy using thise I haven't ran to test it if its slip resistant or not .I've had several arm bands and noticed with time and sweat they tend to slip off wiht time .But if you need one that hold your phone and keys for walking around I think this one is ideal .Touch screen it doesn't work because I can't see my phone screen the case is opaque and I have to take off my phone to check it or change music if I need to .

Holds my iPhone XR and key fob well. Doesn’t slide when I’m running. I ordered a size down after reading reviews and I’m glad I did. Size chart says I need a large but medium was perfect.

Bought this early in pandemic/quarantine time as I picked up running more as a way to stay fit and still cherish being outside. For the price and convenience, it really served its purpose as a nice way to hold my phone while running (my alternative was literally trying to run with my phone and keys in my pocket). For those who are looking for a solution but are also price conscious, I would definitely recommend. The only thing though was that the process of inserting/taking our your phone isn't too smooth (though, the fold-over design does do the core job of holding the phone in place well, so this is a fair trade-off). Also, easier to wear if sleeveless for sure, but dealing with the bunching up that happens when wearing this over thermal wear for example isn't too bad - again, given the affordability.

More comfortable than the type/style of armband with the clear plastic window to allow interaction with the phone screen. We ordered a second one of these so that we can keep using one while the other is being washed/cleaned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
