Q: Do these sandals offer support for a very high arch? Are they true to size? Thanks!

I don't know how high your arch is, but mine is above average and these sandals are great for my feet. I had never worn them before but liked how they looked and after my first pair I bought two more. They're the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn and I doubt if I'll ever wear anything else. They are true to size. I am a US size 9.5 to 10 and wear a European size 41 in these sandals. These are supposed to fit 10 to 10.5 US and are just a smidge bigger than I normally wear but certainly close enough to be very comfortable. I think a 40 would be too short.

Q: Is the arch on this, different from the Gomera? I need a little more on one very flat problematic foot. Thank you.

I have never worn the Gomera but this shoe (Sylt) has a good arch. I had surgery on my arch and wore this shoe only for the year following surgery.

Q: Do these shoes come in wide widths or just medium b width?

Only one width. But since they are Velcro straps they shoyld work for a wide foot.

Q: Is the size 12 a size 12 for Men or EU45?

I don't know about men's sizes but I do know that a woman's size 41 is equal to our 10-10 1/2 medium women's shoe.
