My friend and I ordered this for a friend's birthday.Item looks just as pictured; the metal is slightly off centre.The engraving is accurate but slightly fuzzy looking around the edges and small.You cannot get personalised engraving on the circular area but the seller does have a number of options for activities that can be pictured.There was some confusing surrounding my engraving but the customer service was brilliant and I received the plaque promptly.I know my friend will enjoy this gift, it is good quality for the price.
