If you want your hair permanently straightened, might I suggest a lye or no lye relaxer. This formula removed the frizz and kept my curl pattern. My hair is so much smoother and will continue to use this product as long as it is available. It's so much easier to use than other QOD products that require many steps and smell really bad. My styling time has been cut in half. Very pleased.

This hair reconstructor is the real deal. My hair has never looked or felt better. I just recently cut off 6 inches of my hair so my hair is pretty healthy but I do blow dry it often which causes a lot of damage. This hair reconstructor made my hair feel like silk in my hand. It was like magic. Super easy to use, smells incredible, and makes hair look thick/ healthy. Overall, I think it's a great value for the cost.

Wow! First of all, this comes in a VERY large bottle, so you get plenty of value for the money. I used it according to the instructions, and even searched online for some videos to make sure I was sectioning my hair properly, and it left my hair feeling much healthier, softer, smooth and gorgeous. The scent isn't bad, not too chemical, and once you're all done you have gorgeous shiny hair!

I bought this product form the German distributor. The application is really easy compared to other treatments, and after straightening the hair there is no stickiness or weird smell. Hair smells and moves like fresh washed,straightened hair. No f/hyde or weird fumes whatsoever. Results after (yesterday's) first wash: disappointing With previous treatments I had great success. Smooth hair, frizz free and very loosened curls. This one, only gives a bit of softness and might cut down the amount of leave in you previously used. There is no straightening effect or curls softening whatsoever. I really don't want to be harsh on the product, cause I gave them my freakin money. I will give it another try in a week to see if there is a cumulative effect. I have 3a curly hair of medium-coarse strand thickness. I really don;t appreciate QOD's misleading marketing statements.

This doesn't straighten hair. After the first wash, hair is softer than before but not straight. Miss the original QOD Max Formula...
