These oval hoops were just perfect! I tried ordering 3 3/4 " round hoops twice, and keep getting 2 1/2" which are useless to me. I'll try one more time and tell Amazon to get lost!

I did not expect nor needed the frames to be substantial and they weren't but I did not expect the top of one to arrive already broken off. It also was slightly smaller than the frame it was to replace so it would not fit the needlepoint I wanted to fit in it.

Exactly what I was looking for for my cross stitch Christmas ornaments. Durable and light enough to hang on Christmas tree.

One of them came in broken.

They wee a little big but they did work out.

My one complaint about these frames are that they have no backs. That adds another step to the crafting process (which costs in terms of time and materials). If they had the snap-in backs that similar products do, they would be excellent.

The frames suited the purpose of framing small cross-stitched pieces. They were,however, not the same shade of "gold" as others that I had purchased. Although they were packaged in plastic, the bottom of a couple of the frames were cracked, but easily fixed with a little super glue - not worth the effort to send back, so even though the shipping charges were extreme for this 94-cent product, it didn't insure "safe" shipping!
