If you spend 6 hours making "Sunday gravy" (marinara), you want a high-quality pasta to marry with your sauce. Nothing says "love" like a great bowl of pasta.

Perfect for stuffing whatever you’d like to put in them. Then bake in your favorite sauce. They taste delicious!!! Packaged well with no breakage!!

Absolutely Incredible Pasta
This is the best pasta you will ever have. The brand itself is stellar. If you are used to the typical store brands, you may be shocked at the thickness and heartiness of it. But if you are in a very fine Italian restaurant in the US or in Italy, this is the level of quality you will experience. The pasta is the star. Not meant to be merely covered up by a thick sauce, you will bite into it and IT will be the experience. Al dente with structure. Do not overcook. Do not undercook. Definitely salt your pasta water nicely. You will be very very happy. Take a look at the enclosed picture, courtesy of Giada de Laurentiis. I made this dish, and everyone is still swooning over it. It *is* worth the price.

Serious gluten sensitivity, and I can have this!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Having been Gluten free for 7 years, not ciliac just note. This pasta does NOT upset my stomach so I continue to purchase this brand and its been over a year.

Worth the money
Quality noodles-.-hold sauce really well-so worth the money-I spend a lot of time in Italy and will never buy cheap pasta noodles again/this noodle is authentic,like the noodles I ate on the Amalfi Coast Or Campania region

nicely packaged - only one slightly damaged pasta
Paccheri pasta is kinda like extra large rigatoni. Dry Paccheri pasta is quite fragile. A competitors product had maybe 5 or 6 pasta completly shattered. 67 pasta in this 500 gram (1,1 lb ) package with only one slightly damaged. Aldi used to market a rigatoni & pesto package with featuring extra large pasta. I've been looking for a large rigatoni replacement for a long time. I think this will be a good substitute for me and will likely buy again in the future. Pasta dimensions are about 1" diameter with varying length from 1.5 to 2.0"
