I expected some form of a cam to be included as it is in the picture and of little use without the cam. I was able to purchase a couple of cams and very useful washers (with the oblong cutout in the middle and four gripper tangs on the perimeter) for mounting to wood direct from the seller. The only reason I give this any stars is these thumb turn styles are very hard to find while the key turn styles are plentiful. Review: Missing Pieces - It didn't come with the tightening 5/8 nut to secure it into the mailbox...
