Packaging was excellent hair grease was insulated /secured inside of mailing bag. Yes this grease has a smell of pine tar which is normal . This grease will grow your hair.over look the smell. It's great. Ups held my delivery one day saying they could not get to my front door however they could there is not a driveway just steps
