UPDATE: Ive used this board in my drum room for about 7 months without any issues. Two weeks ago, the headphone jack stopped working. You could just barely hear anything. I run my phone through the Bluetooth with Drumless tracks. That said, I contacted seller via email, who responded quickly, like the next day. I sent them a video, at their request, showing the issue. The technician sent me a video of settings to check. Now a funny was the technician spoke in Chinese. I, however, do not speak Chinese. That said, I checked everything he pointed to with his finger. After just two settings checks, the headphone jack came to life. Turns out there was a setting in the Bluetooth that is not explained in the manual. I can’t say enough great things about the tech support of this company. From the quick response to the knowledgeable techs. This board has worked flawlessly otherwise.

Got yourself a drumkit that's got a few too many pieces for most mixers to be configured properly? Need 12 INDIVIDUAL channels instead of those mixers with combined L/R channels for 7/8 9/10 11/12? Need every single channel to have its own XLR connection? Don't have eight hundred dollars? Look no further. While I don't use much of the digital features (effects, bluetooth) as a traditional analog mixer, this thing is awesome considering it's very affordable. Rivaling the price of 4-channel high-end mixers, you'll be surprised with what this unit can achieve. You're not getting big studio sound, but it's very decent and the resulting sound will suit most homebrew studios. It's been doing quite a good job of my 8 (soon to be 9) piece + cymbals and hat kit!

Mixer came and it worked for my in home keyboard set up. It is heavy, which means it is solidly built. It comes with a manual. I have not tried the blue tooth, or hooking it up to my computer as that is not why I bought it. So I can't comment about either of those features. Of note, at least from a review of the manual, the only internal effect is delay, which is why I gave it four stars. However, it does what I need at a great price.

I would give negative stars if I could. The right side volume stopped working a day after I opened it. Had to argue with depusheng about a replacement board and they refused to get me a replacement board but instead wanted to s3md me the broken part after I sent numerous messages and videos to them about it being broken and then wanted to just sent me the broken part and wanted me to replace the part myself. After I stated that was unacceptable and I didn't know how to replace said component they ghosted me for about a week and haven't responded to any emails. I will never purchase a product from depusheng again.

The product looks good and seems to meet the needs I bought it for. It’s simple but functional. However, the packaging process needs improvement, as it arrived with a dent and a tear in the box. Fortunately, the damage doesn’t seem to affect its functionality, but I haven’t tested it yet.
