Burt's Bees Renewal Refining Cleanser with Bakuchiol Natural Retinol Alternative, 6 Oz (Package May Vary)

i found this by accident in amazon searching /shopping. its really nice. very useful in my morning. has a nice scent ,skin softening as well.

Love this product! I have very dry skin and rosacea so it has been so hard to find a product that is gentle, natural, and lightly exfoliates. I can easily use this product everyday. The beads in this cleanser don't feel rough on your skin, or irritate my sensitive skin, and your face doesn't feel sticky after washing the product off (like I have experienced so many times before with other cleansers, even the very expensive ones). Makes your skin feel so soft and ready to take in moisturizer. I recommend also using one of the renewal creams afterward. I noticed other reviews commenting on the smell. It has a natural floral aroma with the apples and hibiscus. You also don't need to use a lot of it. Just a tiny dab goes a long way, so to me the fragrance really doesn't linger, even though, I do find the scent enjoyable and not overwhelmingly fragrant at all.

The texture is amazing- creamy, thick, and luscious with just the right amount of exfoliating stuff, which is more beadlike and not gritty. The only downside (for me) is that the smell is very strong. There’s sunflower oil in it and that’s what i smell. To me it smells exactly like that sunflowers perfume that was so popular in the mid 90s. If you like the smell of sunflowers, it’s no problem. I personally don’t. It doesn’t give me a migraine, but I deliberately don’t breathe through my nose the entire time I’m using it, because I can “feel” the scent in my head. Fellow Migrainers, you know what I’m talking about. It’s a testament to the texture of the cream and the way it makes my skin feel after that I’m using it in spite of the scent. I’m going to check Burt’s Bees to see if they have something similar but without the sunflower oil.

I’m not a big fan of the smell; it seems a little moldy, but I haven’t seen evidence and keep using it anyway. Won’t order it again, but it does feel good on my face…

I hardly ever write reviews for stuff, but this is such a staple in my skincare I really believe it is such a great product! It feels very lucious and creamy when applied, with just the right amount of exfoliation. Some reviews people are complaining of the smell, but I just think it has a clean scent. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized but not oily, and it also makes it feel tighter as if I used retinol. I love Burt’s bees and this is probably my favorite product of theirs!

I have been buying this for years. The ingredients are clean and it is very gentle on the skin. I wash my face first with a Burt's Bees foaming cleanser and then use this. It's gentle enough to use daily. It makes my skin feel smooth and because its's not sudsy it feels like its moisturizing too.
