Excellent rolling travel bag
Second review. I have used the Amazon basics rolling bag for a week. Each morning I load the bag with swim fins, mask and snorkel, water bottles, towels, leg prosthetics, change of clothes, resistance bands, spare glasses, more exercise gear and the usual stuff such as cell phone, wallet, book. There is room to spare in the small size case. Balance with a full load is superb. The zippers and buckles operate easily and seem high quality and heavy duty. I roll the case ~1/2mile to the swimming pools over wood floors, concrete, asphalt, and pool decks. The wheels and steering work flawlessly, surprisingly quiet. The extended handle is easy to operate and guide with two long bars suitable for strapping on rolled-up yoga pads and workout sticks. So far, the rugged black material has been impervious to dirt, mud and water. Truly an excellent design.I rarely travel long distances since retiring but this bag seems ideal for transporting my sports equipment and for general airplane travel. Using the bag six days a week during pool season and then at the gym, I expect it to last for several years heavy use. Bravo, Amazon.

Spacious, convenient, good craftsmanship, high-quality product
I bought this bag to walk to work where I go to the gym, to hopefully save my back and my neck from pain. I've so far additionally used it for a four-day trip, and I'm a constant over-packer. It fit everything I needed for the four days just fine. I bought the small size and it fits very easily into overhead compartments on American Airline flights. The photos will show you that the middle compartment fits my 15 in. computer with no problem, and the smaller pockets fit a Samsung chrome notebook. The only things I feel this is lacking are straps for the inside portion to hold loose items in place. Beyond that, I am very happy with this purchase and would certainly buy it again. For reference with the images of the handle, I am 5 ft 3 in tall. For further reference, I figured it would be nice to use a common everyday object for measurements, rather than actual inches, so I used a standard small tissue package and my 10 pound cat, who thoroughly enjoyed playing and laying in it. The wheels are sturdy, the fabric is high quality, and the zippers seem very sturdy as well. So far, this is a very high-quality product. Feel free to ask me any questions if you want to know more.

Easy access zippers a real winner
the color is not fantastic, and the inside is lined in blaze orange ripstop, but I was hugely impressed with this as a travel bag for a long train trip. The hard plastic underside helped when I had to shove it into luggage racks and kept it rigid for rolling down platforms and up and down stairs. The best part is the flap on the front that opens into a sizable pocket, as well as an interior zipper that opens into the top half of the main compartment. It was easy to get access to items without having to fully open the suitcase, which was a game changer on a train. I stored 1 change of clothes, pajamas, a blanket and a travel pillow all within easy reach. The wheels were good and the handle moved in and out easily. I took it for a month long trip and although it wore a bit on the edges, it functioned flawlessly and will probably make it through a few more journeys.

So far the gamble has paid off
It's always a gamble buying luggage sight unseen, and inexpensive luggage to boot. I purchased this bag for a 12 day trip to Costa Rica. I agonized over which size to get and I'm glad I went with the medium. It was plenty large for 12 days and I only filled it about 2/3 full. What I like about the bag is all the different ways to access the interior and all the pockets. I like the zippered compartments and I also like the bright orange interior. I also like that it stands upright in it's own very well. What I don't like about the bag is that as others have mentioned, there's no grab handle on the side, so it's awkward to grab when it's on its side. Also, I think the wheel attachment is very poorly designed and I'm afraid I'll lose a wheel sooner than later. This is because there is no protection for the wheels being caught on something and breaking off. More expensive bags have the wheels covered on the outside with a plate of some sort so that the wheel cannot get caught as easily. I also wish there was somewhere to tuck the extra length of the cinch straps. I'm afraid that they'll get caught on some baggage machinery and get ripped off.Overall it's a good bag and I'm glad I got it, but there are definitely design reasons it's much cheaper than other ones.

So well designed, tons of compartments, amazing set.
I got a small carry on and a weekender bag, and they are just amazing. So functional and so well designed. Can’t wait to use them on a trip. All the zippered pockets, multiple compartments, all the different sections of the bag make them so practical. Pretty lightweight as well. As a suggestion, I would add the securing straps inside the major compartment of the small carry-on bag. The description says there are straps, but my bag didn’t have them. Maybe not all bags come with them. Not a deal breaker, but would be a nice improvement. Haven’t tested durability or sturdiness yet, the bags look pretty well sewn, but will update the review after the trip, but my first impression was Ahhh! the design is A+.
