BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan which is Korean for Bulletproof Boy Scouts.

Are they individually boxed and box in good condition? TIA

My daughter ordered one for friend, it was in a semi hard plastic case, I didn't really pay much attention to it but it looked sufficient. Shipped loose in a box with minimal packaging.

Is rm & j hope's heads smaller than the others?

They look normal to me but remember the band members have a lot of hair and their bodies are thin so the heads might look big due to the hair. The two I brought had lots of hair and I have seen other dolls of the other band members and they all look the same except they all have black hair and not unruly like the two I brought with different colored hair. Clothes for the dolls fit all the different band dolls so that's another reason why I believe their doll bodies are the same size.
