Great product. The logo basically washed off immediately after the second wash, but it has held up really well otherwise and works exactly as needed. It is easy to clean as well both by hand and in the dishwasher.

I LOVE my Epicurean cutting board. It doesn't dull knives and is also super dishwasher safe. I love the juice groove, it really helps when cutting tomatoes. It is very sturdy despite its material, and the size makes it really portable.

I am enjoying the features of this cutting board. It is not thick and is easy to move around the kitchen. I have seen no marks on it after use. It is easy to clean and there is no worry about germs getting into the board. My daughter has had an Epicurean cutting board for 27 years. It has been used frequently and looks the same as it did when it was new. (I had 7 wooden and 1 plastic cutting boards during the same number of year. They had cut marks and were hard to clean. I replaced each when it looked as if germs could hide in it.)

The cutting board gives out a smell after being rinsed with water for the first time. However, once washed, dried, and sanitized with dishwasher, the smell goes away permanently. This is the only type of cutting board that can be thrown into dishwasher, not made of plastic, and is knife friendly. It doesn’t last lifetime but I don’t mind switching out every 2-3 years.

I couldn’t be happier with the **Epicurean All-in-One Cutting Board**! It’s the perfect combination of functionality and durability. The material is sturdy yet lightweight, making it easy to handle and store. It doesn’t dull my knives, which is a huge plus compared to some of the plastic (unsafe) boards I’ve used in the past. I also love that it’s dishwasher-safe, making cleanup incredibly convenient. The juice groove is another thoughtful feature—it does a fantastic job of catching any liquid, keeping my countertops clean. Recently, I became more aware of the microplastic issue. I had been using plastic cutting boards frequently, because I thought that they held up better in the dishwasher. I hadn't used my glass cutting board in awhile, because I found it large and heavy and not as easy to use. It turned out that I had a 15 year old? Epicurean board in my drawer too, but I hadn't been using it because it was larger, and it did not have a groove for juice. So I did a search of what was available now and I didn't like the wood options. However, I found that Epricurean boards now come in a variety of sizes and now have a groove for juice. I have now been using 3 of these new Epicurean boards in both the 11.5"x9" size and the 10"x7" sizes for about 2 months now and I LOVE them. This time I selected "natural" color and I think it will work out better for long term use than my old nutmeg/brown one, that where I did the majority of slicing, has turned more of the "natural" color. And these smaller sizes are more convenient for me to use regularly. If you don't need the groove, you can flip the board over and use the side without the groove. They say they are dishwasher safe, so I have been putting them in my dishwasher almost daily for the past 2 months and they are holding up with no problems. I see that some reviewers have commented on "dark flecks" in the board color. My old board definitely had a large dark fleck, but it never got any larger over the years. One of my new "natural" color boards has a much smaller "dark fleck", but it does not bother me. These boards are lightweight, practical, and Made in the USA. What is not to love?

I replaced my aging plastic OXO boards primarily due to concerns over microplastic shedding. I was initially hesitant about compressed fiber options, but after seeing friends’ Epicurean boards hold up long-term, I made the switch—and it’s been a worthwhile upgrade. Performance & Durability: - Cutting feels similar to working on slate or butcher block. Knife marks appear early, but blade sharpness holds up better than on hard surfaces. - Although marketed as dishwasher-safe, I hand wash (hot water, soap, sponge) to prolong life. Drying takes about twice as long as plastic but does not impact quality, even after full saturation. - Lightweight and significantly thinner than OXO plastic boards, yet remains highly stable thanks to rubber feet. Both sides are fully usable. -True to measured size (and range of sizes is excellent for varied kitchen use). Care & Maintenance: - Some minor off-gassing out of the box—gone within 1–2 days after a rinse. - Requires board butter every 3 months to maintain surface integrity. - Life expectancy is 2–3 years of heavy use, potentially up to 5 years with lighter workloads. Appearance: - Desirable look to the kitchen set, and can be a cutting board as much as a serving board. Minor Issues: - My board arrived with a surface cut. Cosmetic damage is inevitable over time, so not a major concern. Verdict: Highly recommended despite the higher upfront cost. Protects knife edges, avoids microplastic contamination, and offers a lighter, more sustainable alternative to plastic or heavy boards.

These are really great cutting boards! They are very lightweight and clean up nicely. I noticed a chemical type of smell after getting the board wet for the first wash but it completely went away after drying and I haven’t noticed any residual since then. I purchased the boards with the rubber corners which helps with keeping the board steady on a slick countertop. I definitely will be purchasing a variety of sizes and will toss out my old plastic recycled boards!

Great cutting board. The rubbed corners on it are perfect for keeping it in place on a wet surface, the also keep it a little elevated so I can flip the board and use the other clean side! I didn't buy to dishwash it and handwash it everytime and everything comes off easily. Great size too - no complaints!

Works great. Very durable. Handles my knives like a champ and doesn't seem to dull them. Been through multiple dishwasher runs and it's been solid through a few months of use
