PIONEER TS-T110 7/8" Hard Dome Component Tweeters 120W Max

BUY THESE TWEETERS! These sound great. Beware though, they are SHARP so you may need to turn your treble or highs down. These are sure to pierce through your mids and bass. They are crystal clear. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS SUCK!!! Dear Pioneer, I know most guys don't ever read the instructions but today I would have. Just going by vague pictures and diagrams I gave up and improvised on my own. I used a 2" hole cutting bit and just put superglue on the back of the flushmount flange thingy. By the way, these have an inline capacitor or crossover of sorts so you should be able to connect them right to your existing speaker signal. The magnet on the back of these tweeters is serious business. These are good quality in my opinion. I would recommend buying them to strengthen any car stereo. You'd be surprised what you're missing without quality crisp high frequencies.

Ok will try my best to describe what these tweeters sound like so readers can know what they're getting into. I love music and would consider myself an semi-audiophile. I like to hear every detail in music the way they were meant to be heard, and this was my aim when I set out to purchase audio gear for my ride. So I went for a pioneer 12" shallow mount in a sealed box for best quality bass and 4 Pioneer TS-A1675R 6-1/2" 3-Way for the doors. When I installed everything, I found the tweets from the door speakers to be a bit subdued. Initially, I didn't want to get separate tweets because I was going for an "invisible/inconspicuous' setup and didn't like the idea of having tweeter mounted on the dash or pillars, but the subdued tweets for the coaxials was getting to me so went ahead and get these tweeters. Now I hooked these up to my front door speakers that was connected to a kenwood amp that was connected to a clarion crossover and mounted them on the sail panels. Turned the music on, and.... I was somewhat disappointed. They raised the sound stage nicely, but they didn't sound like the car tweeters I was accustomed to. They didn't have the sharp metallic sparkling sounding 'tssssss' that can be heard from a distance, but more of a plastic 'tss' of crushing a cookie tray. They also drowned the mids from the front speakers somewhat. Being optimistic I decided to give them a 2 two week break-in period of playing them at 70% volume, and boy did they break-in! Although they still did not reach the metallic sound I expected from car tweeters, they sound a lot cleaner now and more balanced. Closer to the clean sound of my logitech computer speakers(the sound I was aiming for initially actually). Now my car audio system sounds pristine, I can hear a balanced representation of almost every detail. So to close, If you're looking for that sharp metallic sound, these tweeters aren't for you. But if you want nice sounding balanced tweets at a great price, look no further.

Sprinter Van - Tweeter Replacement Speaker, great fit.

Bought these to replace stock tweeters in my Pontiac Vibe that previously had a 6 speaker M&T factory sound package. Factory receiver was replaced with a double din (Kenwood Dpx308u 22w rms) Running these in parallel (tweeter don't put significant load on system so impedance is not an issue, in addition my 6.5 are have a cross over so the system would still see 4 ohms) with my 6.5" Kenwood (KFC-1652S - 50 w rms)off the deck power along with a Bazooka EZ Bass tube. These tweeters finished the project and brought the high end clarity and proper imaging that I was missing. Vocals are now nice and clean along with clean highs that are not too harsh unlike other brands/models. The speakers pair very well with a decent aftermarket unit (no amp necessary). Built in crossover (in line capacitors) are perfect at keeping the treble free of distortion. Those that complain these are too low most likely don't understand car audio very well and have speakers with mismatched SPL and or sensitivity. Easy fix in these cases is to add inline resistors to the other speakers til SPL is matched.

I bought these for my husband’s truck. He has a 2017 F250. They added that extra range of sound he was looking for. Would recommend to others!

De zéro à wow ça fonctionne. Je regrette pas mon achat. Directement sur le radio d'origine Kia. Le son est parfait et tellement claire. Je recommande. Reste juste à faire sécher la colle à 100% et j'ai fini l'installation, merci.

superaron mis espectativas reemplazando a unos JL Audio C1, cambiando el filtro por un pac BB-5PR, que maneja un corte de 2.8khz +-10%, los tweeter en números manejan de 2.5khz y el desempeño fue excelente, no distorsionan y responden a bajo voltaje 22watts RMS, material similar al de las extintas Altec Lansing.
