I use this reusable cup at work in the office, and I've been quite impressed. It is okay to hold, I have to have both sleeves on as my hands are quite sensitive to heat. It keeps the heat well over time, stays hot for a good 30 minutes in an office environment. It's easy to use, and drink out of. Only negatives are, it would be great to have a couple of extra seals included, and it has started to leak a bit even with the lid on tight. So I have ended up spilling coffee down me sometimes. Other than that, the design is great, and it's pretty durable.

The package is very nicely presented so the cups would make a good present. I'm really impressed with the actual cup, lids and band for looks and quality, there are no sharp edges or shoddy finishing. In use, my drink stayed hot and was it was comfortable to hold the cup with one hand with one band In place. I thought the hard lid might feel strange but it is so much better than silicone lids and felt much more hygienic. The hole cover is an excellent fit as well so I was confident I wouldn't end up spilling the drink while walking. It washes up beautifully too ; no smell or stains left from coffee. This is THE best cup of this kind I have tried and I'd recommended them & I will be buying more for work.

Really tough material, would not know that it was made from a non-plastic. Keeps the heat in the cup really well. And also the lid is the best I've seen on any reusable cup, it screws in so that it doesn't fall around and also leaves no taste. Would and have reccomended to friends.

Lovely design and good value. Comes with two lids and heat bands. The lid screws on well and feels secure. No leaks so far. The cup has a small silicone tag attached to the lid which helps avoid spills when in transit. This tag folds back on itself and secures in place when drinking but when secured it covers the small air hole in the centre of the cup. This then means that the liquid flow when drinking isn’t ideal as you feel as though you have to suck the drink to get a decent amount of liquid. You can avoid securing the tag which makes the liquid flow as you would expect but you can’t twist the tag out the way so it does then get in the way when drinking. Wouldn’t say this cup retains heat very well but if I wanted a cup for that reason I wouldn’t have bought bamboo.

I LOVE this cup but you do have to make sure the lid is really securely screwed on to prevent little leakages. Unfortunately, I screwed Lis on too tight and cracked lid but they had provided a spare lid so, happy days. I will DEFINITELY buy this cup again for friends and for myself.

I can't speak from personal experience as the coffee cup was a present to a grandson, but he was extremely pleased with it and is finding it very good to take into University with him. He gives it a '10'!

Fabulous cup, was bought for my other half as a gift. He’s used it a few times now and it’s brilliant. The lid is screw on so there’s no chance of it randomly popping off the top of the cup. It’s dish washer safe too. Comes with 2 lids and 2 sleeves. A great way to stop using single use take away cups. This cup will generally take a regular/medium size coffee from a coffee machine or coffee shop (like Costa).

Was very happy to buy a bamboo cup, unfortunately I ended up with hot coffee down my front more than once. I struggled and struggled for ages to correctly screw the lid on but it just kept leaking, so I gave up, I use it as a beaker without a lid now. Disappointing
