I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beds for the price. The distressing on them is very subtle. The bed comes with all the necessary hardware to put it together along with the usual cheap wrench and allen key. You may want to have a couple of real tools handy (ratchet, sockets, and allen keys) to make life a little easier putting it together. The bed takes about 20-25 minutes to put together with some decent tools. Be aware that you will need a boxspring with these frames.

I think these actually look like they were my grandmothers. That's what I like. There were brown marks on them but that adds to the charm. They look very nice and are well made. Very sturdy. I even put one together....so anyone could do it. The tools supplied aren't that great. So use real ones.

It was damaged 5 cracks in the finish. And some of the screw holes were off. Other than that pretty and sturdy
