Are the boxes the grey ones as in the photos?

I wanted the grey box as shown but received a vanilla colour box with “Californian white sage” printed on it. Apparently there’s a shortage of the usual white sage.

They Don’t burn any more ?

Perhaps they got damp, mine have been fine. Perhaps write to the supplier, may get a refund. However I have had no issues with mine.
