blows in wind--can you suggest weights to stabilize feeder ?

I have mine at the side of my house so it blocks most of the wind. For the money it’s fine.

Does it come with the birds?

Lol!!! Good one! I can honestly tell you one thing about this bird feeder... It's the worst one I've ever had. You get what you pay for.... Squirrels had it chewed to pieces in two days... I've since bought a nice metal one, much more attractive and feeds more birds, and is sturdy as can be!!

Does this work for blue jays

I am not certain. I do not get a lot of blue jays. However, they’re pretty good sized bird and I think this would be hard for them to perch on.. But I usually see is the little birds use this one and knocks it out, and then the bigger birds get the seat off the ground.
