I bought this XTEND drink powder to use as a pre-workout mix primarily because it has NO CAFFEINE (no jitters) and because I needed something to help my muscles recover faster and also because of the Electrolytes. The first time I used it during my exercise routine and halfway through I started to run out of gas! I had to continue drinking cold water to cool me down. The second workout I actually drank this mix 30min. before my workout and I tell you what... it worked wonders! Half way through my workout I felt like a caught a second wind and was able to finish my workout strongly. I love Mango so I love the taste. I make my mix with about 12oz of water and its a tiny bit on the sweet side and I did notice there was a tiny bit of powder floating at the bottom of the mixing bottle, but if you want yours not so sweet feel free to add a little bit more water. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy drinking the Mango Madness flavor a lot. I feel like my muscles can notice that this BCAA powder definitely helps my recovery. I personally utilize this powder for a drink during my workouts in the gym. When I feel out of breath, I just have a sip or 2 from my water bottle with my BCAA powder in it and then almost instantly I do start to feel better. I appreciate how there are electrolytes in this BCAA powder also. I like that there is ZERO sugar in this powder. Something interesting is that the actual powder is a reddish pink color. But when you add water to it, the powder turns into a bright yellow color. So be careful that you don’t spill your drink onto yourself. I am a very satisfied customer. So I will gladly give this BCAA powder a 5 star review.

I've been using this product for over a year now and would recommend to anyone interested in improving their workouts! Here are my reasons why: - The mango flavor is delicious and easy to drink during a workout. I will say, however, that the flavor is very sweet. I don't prefer sweet drinks, especially during a workout. For myself, I mix a little bit less than a full scoop of powder (scoop is included and shown in the picture) with 24 oz. of water. While that ratio works for me, I would suggest trying out different ratios to find the flavor intensity that works best for you. - I've seen a notable difference in my stamina during workouts. I begin drinking this about fifteen minutes before I begin and then continue until the end of the workout. I've noticed that I don't tire as quickly and I am consistently able to maintain sets and reps. - The price point is great. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone trying to make the most of each workout session.

Ordered the Blue Raspberry flavor and it tastes like cotton candy. I really only use about a third to a half scoop in my water to give it a little flavor and make getting in an additional bottle of water per day easy. This mixes easily in water, I don’t notice any change in texture with the water. This is a great price for a product that we enjoy!

The product is well made but the mango taste is horrible. Just plain horrible. Please improve the mango madness. It truly is madness. Also extremely sweet. We'll try a different flavor for the quality of the product.

Tastes great! I would use a little more water then recommended to dilute it. Taste is addicting. For the negative: So the product is amazing but the packaging sucks. First order came in and powder was spilling out of the seal. Called and they replaced it and had it to me the next day. Which was amazing of amazon. I am assuming that the first one that came in broken is the seal under the cap popped or opened in transit. Wish they would change it up to a better seal so when we get the product its not all over the seal on the cap outside the bottle or the packaging. They need to find a better design because I can see this being a hit or miss in future orders. Back to the positive! Mixes well, I throw it in some water and ice and shake. I give it a few mins to really dissolve after mixing it. I feel like I have energy after a workout and muscles are not as sore. Mango flavor is legit good. Especially during summer time right now lol. I will purchase again and pray it does not come in outside of the container. It is that good to chance it every time lol! I wish they made taster packs so we can try different flavors so see what is best for us. Anyways wishful thinking.
