My machine runs for a bit and then stops itself and gives a motor overload error message. It is brand new out of the box and there is barely anything loaded on it. I was also careful to follow the directions and there are no obstacles in the way.The worst part of the experience is that I called customer service a couple times and have not gotten a response from them to help me debug the issue. I have emailed them and hope to get a response soon... I may change this review if I get some support and get the instrument working.------------------------------------------Update: I did receive an email response from customer support and they suggested I lubricate the system with some lubricant that came with the item. I tried this fix and it helped for a brief period of time (machine could run for 1-2 hours) but then it would lock up again and claim a motor overload.
