This satisfies me to the fullest. So amazed by the quality of this pillow, it expands as soon as you unpack it, super comfy and soft, firm at the same time for the perfect neck support. Don't be fooled by other company's reviews, the White Willow's pillow that I have recieved is of genuine quality memory foam and cover is also of great quality. Would recommend anyone using normal size pillows to go for the queen size, and not the regular size. The regular size is too thin on the thinner side, which is the side you should use if sleeping on your back. The regular size which is currently listed by the seller at the time of this review is actually the extra-small size pillow of this type. The Queen size pillow is really of the adequate size and will fulfill its purpose. So happy that this company exists on Amazon having created a masterpiece of a pillow.

It does the job as a cervical pillow. It's comfortable and provides support, but it does have a really bad musty smell that gave me a headache. I had to throw the outer cover and put another cotton cover on it, which has reduced the stink a bit

This I am writing after using it for few days. I had ordered two of these but of different brands. And, this Willow one, win hands down. Right height, right softness, right size. Also don't get mistaken that softness can elevate your neck/ cervical pain more. It will not. The pillow is such that it takes the same of your head simultaneously ensuring that the spine remains in neutral position. This is the best one I have ever put my hands on. So guys, just go ahead and experience a good night sleep (in case you not getting some from past few days)

I made my first purchase of a White Willow pillow in 2022, and was so satisfied with the quality that I went on to buy three more for my parents and another for my wife in 2025. I've also recommended the product to many of my friends over the past few years. However, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the most recent purchases. The new pillow feels noticeably less comfortable compared to the one I bought in 2022, which I still use and find far superior. Although I ordered the same size, the new pillow is slightly smaller, and within just two months, the pillow cover has started shedding lint — something I’ve never experienced with the older one, which still looks and feels almost new even after years of use. The company has definitely compromised on the quality of the products and they are not the same as they used to be 3-4 years ago. For potential customers - please don't go by the ratings as even I must have given a 5 star rating for my first purchase. But, now, they deserve less than one star! Edited (May '26): I did a closer comparison and the variations in the delivered product is now so clearly visible, despite ordering exactly the same product. It's clear that the products aren't following any standard sizing.

Item is good as expected, soft comfortable. Would not cause harm to neck or back. The price in range of 4-500 could have been attractive
