Tastes great, guilt free pasta!
I'm on a diet and every calorie counts. I took a chance on these noodles. I paid $36.99 for 6 boxes of penne! I am so happy I did! They are great! Really, can't tell at all they are reduced calorie noodles. I made broccoli alfredo. The Classico 4 cheese worked great with them. I made 3 large bowls at 285 calories each. I'm hooked, Well money spent. I will continue to buy them in a regular rotation. One box took 12 minutes to cook. My sister is diabetic, I gifted her 2 boxes. Low carbs and high fiber. She can enjoy pasta again.

Dietitian approved!
This is a great tasting low carb pasta. We have this on subscription. Dietitian approved and family approved too. Don't eat more then 1-2 cups because it can cause bloating like any high fiber food. It is a great way to get additional fiber in your diet. Cooks well. Texture is a little softer then traditional pasta. Don't overcook.

Honest review
Even if it is lower in calories and such, it still tastes amazing. 10/10 and would recommend.

Pasta was OK, but really just OK
I appreciate all of the research into lower calorie/carb items and am happy to give five stars for that. This pasta was OK for the eye to see in my pasta sauce instead of skinny noodles that are also low carb but it had a bit of weird texture to me almost like paper or something. Maybe I should have heated it in the pasta sauce to add more of the sauce flavor, not sure but the taste and texture was off.

Good but expensive
As far as taste goes its really good. I was struggling to find an alternative to Creamette 150 since I cannot find that anywhere anymore. It tastes just like regular pasta & I cannot tell the difference (my bf said he only tasted a difference when he ate a plain noodle). The texture is also the same. They don’t really use any protective packaging so I am glad it was all intact since its just in bags loose in a big box.My only gripe is how expensive it is. Its only 8 oz bags for if you do the math, almost $4 a box. The creamette at the store was at most $2 for 10 oz’s. & needing to buy 6 at a time is also expensive. At least it will get eaten & it does not taste bad.

The future is here
As a diabetic, I am always looking to bring down the carbs while providing a fix for my carb craving. While not perfect, this pasta comes close. If cooked properly(longer than regular pasta) you get a very decent paste mouthfeel with no off flavors. This pasta is better cooked soft than al dente. Takes to sauce nicely. Another step forward for low-carb foods.

Great pasta! Just make Sure to Extend Cook time!
This a great alternative for regular pasta. Half the calories and load a of fiber so it feel you up. My only suggestion is you have to cook the pasta for a long time. Longer then your think. I would say I get the best texture at about 23-25 minutes. It’s also a bit expensive but I say worth if you really want to watch calories and enjoy pasta.
