Fairly easy to bring floors back
This stuff works very well on tile floors with year old yellowing and two coats of wax. I do recommend that you turn on vent fans. I deluted the solution and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes and watched it fizz before removing it and rinsing with clean water. Just follow the instructions on the bottle. Nice product

It is a fantastic product if you don’t follow the instructions given
So. I found out the hard way that you can let this product dry.I am stripping a hefty build-up of a misused polish on my floor. I tried a lot of different things recommended online. Nothing worked. I bought the Zep and followed the instructions, but that didn’t work efficiently. It took me about 8 hours to strip a 6x6 area. I would spread it, return it in 10 minutes, scrub it, and reapply it. I did that for easily 8 hours. However, applying the product directly on the floor worked best, especially for tough jobs. Diluting it did nothing at all. I started dumping it and spreading it with a very wet mop. That finally did the job. Plus, I had a soft scrubby that I pushed with a mop, so I didn’t have to get on my hands and knees as much. The second section had spots where I already had some chemicals touch, and it came immediately up with just plain water. It sat on my floor for a couple of days.So I started leaving it on for an hour, letting it dry, saving me many hours of scrubbing. My floors look brand new again. I’m so excited!

It works, but...
I mixed this product just like it said. I applied generously with mop. Let it sit maybe a little too long. It says 8 to 10 min. I probably let it sit 30. Anyway, just don't let it dry because then you have a problem on your hands. It doesn't just mop up the old layers of wax though. I had to get a scratch pad sponge and get in my hands and knees and scrub. Just do it while it's still wet and all the old wax comes up. Al the scratches and marks I had in my laminate flooring all came out. Like a have a new floor. But not as easy as mop on mop off. If I had a buffer with pad on bottom like in rhe military that would've been great.

Make very sure to ventilate area you are working on.
did a great job on removing built-up wax and dirt. Many years of old wax.

WOW!
The pictures say it all: this stuff WORKS! There is a reason a "never wax" floor is called that-you should NEVER put acrylic floor shiner on one. It looks fine for awhile, but the wax darkens and builds up. This floor is twenty years old and was regularly waxed (we're not going there). I didn't realize how dark and dingy it looked til we found a replacement tile in the attic. The Zep was diluted half strength with hot water, applied with an old dishrag and scrubbed with a steel wool scrubber after the recommended time on the label before being rinsed with clean water. Make sure you wear rubber gloves. It did take some "elbow grease", but the floor looks almost like new! Great product.
