I have back problems from years of treating my body like an amusement park and this mildly assists in keeping my pain under control. Posture/little beer belly/ and definitely my waist I can see a difference. I'm not sure to tell you how to pick a size, but I got a medium. I wear a 36c bra, size 9 jeans and have a toned stomach and weigh 150 pounds. I don't know if that helps but the medium was perfect for me. I wear it in class, work/ and working out. Only take it off to shower/eat and sleep. I waited a while to put in my review to give an accurate response and it definitely does what it was advertised for. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars You get what you pay for.... *by M***4 on Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2015* The first couple of days it was fine, but then it would lose its shape and stretch out. It was a good tester to see if you like waist training. Next time I'll buy the more expensive one. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars ITS VERY CHEAP MATERIAL! *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2015* The first day it worked perfectly. However, over time the wires started bending making it uncomfortable to wear for more the 3 or 4 hours. Some wires would bend outward making it belly look bigger than it really is. The material is just very cheap all together eventually i was shaping the waist trainer more than it was shaping me but then again u get wat u pay for. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/14648924-waist-trainer-corset-for-weight-loss-tummy-control-body-shaper](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/14648924-waist-trainer-corset-for-weight-loss-tummy-control-body-shaper) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
