Nice sturdy planner!
I try to buy these every year if I can find them, as I like the layout. I ended up returning this particular color, that, while I like the outside, the inside had a hideous shade of gold/yellow on the pages. I instead chose the 'Mom's Plan-it', with a nice green inside. (Why they think that one is better for Mom's is beyond me, it has the same thing inside as this model.)This model is the size of a full sheet of paper, about 9.5 x 11 inches. You can fold it back to see just one page, or book style, which shows a full week. The binder is metal rather than plastic so holds up very well, and the pages do not work off over time. The paper itself is sturdy, and very conducive to seeing clearly what you write. I like the amount of space for each day, and the month at a glance feature. Also, it would be nice if they put the 'to do' list on the outside of the page, rather than inside. But I do really like the space for 'to do's', or just notes for that day or week. A good feature! At the front, there is a page for your personal information, although I tend not put it all there in case I lose it. Next page is a 2 year calendar overview. 3rd page is a list of Holidays for 2 years. Then starts your monthly calendar/daily pages. In the back, it has a plastic business card insert at the back that can hold up to 20 business cards -- I never use that function, but now that I visit farmer's markets, fairs, etc., that might come in handy. There are also 2 pages of little stickers, for things like haircuts, vacations. birthdays, etc. I tend to forget they are there, but perhaps I should go through the year and put the birthdays, etc in where I can to better use this feature. My wishlist would include several lined and/or blank pages at the back for notes or projects I'm working on. I end up with other pieces of paper everywhere instead. It does have a flap inside the front cover to hold a few papers that seems very sturdy (with like a plastic finish), but I tend not to use it much. Lastly, there is an elastic band that can hold the whole thing closed. Very nice touch.

You cannot go wrong with LANG'S large planner like this!
After {FAR TOO MUCH} consideration I finally chose THIS as my NEW HOME in a NEW CITY day planner, just in time for June. It didn't SAY too terribly much in the description, I just got a good feeling about it, pretty much based on the size. What a lovely surprise with LOADS of extras! Lots of room for NOTES TO SELF, planner stickers, planner flags, and my endless doodling! And at a price I LOVED! I've since discovered that Lang is a good name you can trust! TRUST me when I say the colors are carried throughout, and that this planner, or one like it, will exceed your hopes! Thanks!

Check the date
Are you kidding me. this shows up in my feed Of recommended purchase as I was looking for a planner. I looked at the pics thought it had what I needed and ordered. I didn’t realized I should have payed closer attention to the date no I don’t want a 2016 planner. Shame on you amazon for even selling this.

Great... but a year only has 12 months!
I order the Lang Deluxe planner every year. It's great because it is full size, one week per 2 pages, lays flat when opened and has plenty of room to record appointments and to do lists. If I keep it open on my desk, I can make sure I get everything done and don't miss a meeting. Only critique is the way it starts in August (I think) and continues for 18 months to end in December. That doesn't work. The extra 6 months are wasted and never used.

Good planner
It's a good planner, seems sturdy enough. The pocket located inside the front is a good idea but ideally it should be placed at the back instead. I say this because any papers or documents I put in there seem to get in the way when I open the planner. The elastic band that is supposed to keep everything in is a little stiff, but that's a good thing. The card holder is a nice touch, and the appointment stickers really come in handy. All in all, it's a good buy.

Practically perfect... for me anyway
This is a beautiful looking planner!; I love the colors and cover design. I don't really find the stickers helpful, but I like having monthly AND daily calendars to write in and the spaces for notes and lists. My only "wish" that the elastic was attched to the FRONT rather than - or maybe in addition to - the back; I want to "rope off" the days/weeks/months that are PAST, not those in the future... those, I need to see and have access to!

Great for keeping track of important stuff.
I needed something for next year's planner, and got this (I like to go for Weekly Planners--Monthly Planners don't have enough pages to write stuff down). The cover art is pretty cool too.
