Great replacement
Purchased for wife, since I dropped her old one in the sink and broke into pieces. She says it works just as good as her old one, and she had it forever. Like others have stated the battery that comes with it was dead. Popped a fresh battery in and it works great.

Trimmer
I bought this to clean up eyebrows and what not and it is perfect. my friend recommended it for a more natural look and easier way to trim. This is also nice for my husband to use to clean up if he misses something shaving. Overall great quality and super easy to use.The included mirror is pretty cute but a little chunky. It really isn't why I bought this so I'm fine just getting rid of it or whatever.

Don’t waste your money
Works as if battery is dying even with a fresh new battery. It doesn’t turn on at all in the “on” position and only sometimes turns on with the light. The blade doesn’t move fast and pulls hair…junk

The trimmer does not operate smoothly.
The trimmer made a interrupted sound instead of a smooth buzzing sound the first time I turned it on after taking it out of the box upon delivery. I thought it might be that the battery needed replaced. Replacing the battery made no difference in the sound. The trimmer will work, though I have to move the trimmer very slowly and repeatedly. This is not satisfactory.This is my second trimmer. The first one worked perfectly.

Like Diamond hair remover
This is my second purchase. I had my old one for years. It does everything I want it to including eyebrows. My old one didn't come with mirror and don't think I will use it, although it is pretty when it lights up. I can't get the mirror to stay in place, anyway. I don't know what the secret to it is. Too bad there isn't a choice if you want to pay extra for the mirror or just purchase the hair remover.
