If you are looking for bladder control underwear this product is for you. I'm type 2 diabetic and wearing this is much better than any other disposable underwear. It does what it says does. Leak proof and it's the right size because of it's long wide overnight design makes it the best protection against leakage. I have tried other types and they don't stand up to this one. I have had bladder issues since I was a child and while wearing this is a no brainer. The layer of protection this has I never have to worry about my legs feeling wet or anything because the inner layer is so thick that the layer on top stays perfectly dry. You don't feel any wetness at all.

These undergarments are wonderful for my mom. They are soft, very absorbent, and a generous size. Gentile on sensitive skin. Although they are expensive, they do the job. The highest level of protection I have found.

Quality is poor. The quality was so much better in prior years but the last few orders.of this product has not been up to standard. They leak and the material is very flimsy

I like these, last time I was sent X-Large . I’m small so can’t use. I may have hit wrong size or was sent wrong product?!?!
