MODERN WAVE Central Air Conditioner Cover for Outside Units 32 x 32 - Top Universal Outdoor AC Cover Defender (Mesh, 32" x 32")

This is a great product. My house is surrounded by trees, even though I do not have trees the condenser seems attract leaves. I recently replaced my Central AC unit and didn't want leaves and stuff to collect in it. It is easy to install and has been holding up in the frigid weather.

The manufacturer of my new AC compressor unit did not offer a top cover assembly for keeping the upcoming loads of fall leaves from the many neighbors' trees off of the unit. I wanted to get a cover that would help. This little jewel of a cover offered the same level of protection and was just as effective and highly recommended, so I got one at a WAY LOWER cost compared to an aftermarket top cover ($$$) assembly from another source. The fit and finish were excellent and in 5 minutes was good to go. The lightweight material and the bungie-cord straps made the installation easy. The top hooks of the cords through the grommets worked perfectly but the bottom hooks had to be bent open slightly to hook through the slotted side air flow panels. Cleaning is easy if any leaves or debris collects on the top, the stuff can be easily swept off during the time when the compressor fan is not running.

Top Quality materials & construction of this item. The bungie cords that come with it are heavy duty cords with substantial hooks and the tips on the hooks have a nice heavy plastic cap to protect the surface of whatever they are being hooked into. It’s a perfect fit!!! I also like the size of the openings in the material. Perfect for air flow & for keeping debris out!!! I purchased this to protect the unit from the leaves, twigs & debris that accumulate through the seasons. Thanks to Roman at Daffan, Granbury, TX for the recommendation!!!!!!

Debated about getting one of these, but we have trees with tiny leaves right across from our air conditioner unit. It was tight and worked well. The only problem I had was getting the hooks to hook onto the sides of the unit. I had to twist them and push to get them to hook on and removing them was more challenging. Probably could use a better way to attach to the unit, but overall was satisfied with my purchase.

Glad I found this to cover my HVAC compressor for four seasons. Keeps all the debris out and hopefully helps with maintenance. Straps well and so far the quality is holding up!

Install time 1 minute, looks nice better quality mesh and easy to strap on to anywhere you want to anchor it. My unit size was 36x37 and it still fit

This cover does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is keep leaves and other debris out of the condenser unit without trapping in moisture or being a home for animals/bugs. I put it on after I was done using my AC for the year, and plan to take it off before turning the AC on again, so I can't say how it does when the unit is operating, but it has held up perfectly through high winds, frost and ice, rain, and leafblowing. If your outside unit is off for half the year like mine is, I can't think of any reason not to use this cover.

Simple to install (5 minutes at the most) & very effective in protecting outside compressor from falling debris; ideal if trees with shedding leaves are nearby. In summary, it’s a good value and it lives up to the description accompanying the product.
