Q: What is the date of expiration for the product now being shipped?

I ordered in 04/2021. The Production Date is 11/2020 and the Best By date is 11/2022. I suspect it will be those same dates for all orders through or near the end of the year.

Q: Is first cold press different than early harvest cold pressed? thank you!

Hello Linda, First cold pressed is the pressing process of the olive. No high heat is introduced in the olive oil extraction. The early harvest is referring to when the olives are picked/harvested. Which is earlier in the season. Both are the same cold pressed but the early harvest olive oil is harvested earlier in the year before the olives are ripe. We hope this helps! Koroneiki varietal has one of the highest polyphenol rates among all EVOO and this oil is the Koroneiki variation. Freshness is also a large contributing factor and the 3 large tins I have ordered have all been very fresh and date stamped.
