Is the back guard long enough to keep rain from being sprayed on your back by the back wheel?

It offers some protection, however, I have since paired mine with a much larger adjustable guard which seems to do the trick.

What are these like on full sus bikes and what’s the tie wrap like on paint work does it rub

Hi Danny - I’m using them on a hard tail MTB but it works ok on the front sus and doesn’t impact on its function. The ties stay in place once fully tightened so shouldn’t cause rub. I haven’t taken the cables off mine yet to see what it’s like underneath, but I’m guessing it’s bound to leave a minor mark which could polish out. They look good. Easy to fit.
