Nice bloodwork reading
I started taking this iron capsule for low iron in my bloodwork. There was a nice increase after only taking them for a 6 month testing. Now I'm getting close to the one year mark and I'm hoping to see great results. After Gastric Bypass your pouch doesn't absorb iron as well as your stomach does, so I wasn't surprised when I found out there was a low test result in my bloodwork. So happy I found them and they are not expensive. They are easy to swallow with all my other vitamins and minerals and no after taste. I have purchased a bottle of 90 for three times and will continue taking them as long as I'm able.

Easier to digest
I'm iron deficient and struggle with IBS and gastroparesis. Iron supplements are typically very hard for me to take as they make my conspiration much worse. This supplement is much easier to digest and I've now been able to take my (relatively high) dose daily without nearly as much trouble. So thankful for this product!!

Effective
As a person prone to low iron, needing infusions periodically, my neighbor who's a pharmacist, recommended these over a year ago and my blood work has been great. Vegetarian based and easy on stomach. Other iron vitamins upset my stomach. Highly recommend for folks with anemia,low iron.

Best absorbed iron supplement ever! Love these!
Best iron supplements ever. I’ve been borderline anemic for decades. These are the only supplements that I’ve found that have made a difference in my Iron blood count. No stomach or intestinal upset. I take 2 capsules per day because my body needs it according to my doctor. I no longer suffer from anemia.

Taking Iron after chem
I had a deficiency of iron after going though chemo. So we bought these and my energy is coming back and the doctor is pleased I brought up my iron.I have only been taking them a couple weeks and the doctor said it will take time cause chem is so strong on the body. I am pleased. ....Moon

Works great!
A great substitute for ferrous/iron sulfate. I can't tolerate ferrous/iron sulfate but this Iron Bisglycinate does not constipate me and solves my iron deficiency anemia. No more iron infusions for me! More doctors need to learn about Iron Bisglycinate.
