My laptop's battery stopped charging. Dell decides that after 2 yrs or so, they must die. So you need to buy a new one. O f course they think you will buy a Dell. NOT A CHANCE. You cheated me on the 1st one I am not buying again from you. I have this battery for 1 month now and so far it works great. The installation is a little tricky and time consuming but if you follow YOU TUBE instructions, it is not complicated.

Was installed by my son with no problems.

Had uninstall the charger driver to get it to recognize the new battery but then it worked fine. The instructions with the battery weren’t helpful. Had to look it up on the web.

Este es un articulo de muy mala calidad. una vez instalada y despues de carga total, se fue deteriorando, ya esta dañada (Inflada) y no retiene carga. Lamento haberme expresado con satisfacción. Especialmente, porque esta instalada en un equipo que esta en Nicaragua. se uso un 15%.

I buy products and usually dont give feed back, but this battery only lasted me 11 months. Its such a pain to replace I was hoping this would last years not less than. Now Im looking again for a battery and will shop else where.

Wasn't blown up like old one, took a reasonable amount of time to charge, and works great. Easy to install, and lasts as listed.

Didn't give 5 stars because I haven't had it long. Was easy to install with video on YouTube. Works fine so far.
