This Paperage lined journal has been great for daily journaling and note taking. The 100 gsm paper is thick and smooth, so my fountain pens and gel pens don't bleed through or feather. I like the compact 5.6 by 8 inch size, which fits easily in my bag while still providing plenty of writing space across its 160 pages. The cover feels sturdy yet soft to the touch and the elastic closure and ribbon bookmark help keep everything tidy. Overall, it's a well-made, affordable notebook that feels more premium than other mid-range journals I've owned, and I would order it again in other colors.

I wanted a good journaling notebook of this size (5.6" x 8") with good quality cover, no-bleed lined paper, and strong binding. One that will stand up over time and has a good feel, yet not super-expensive. This one by PAPERAGE is an absolutely perfect fit to my constraints. I will be ordering more for sure after this successful trial.

The paper is nice and the colors are beautiful and useful. This little notebook is easier on the budget than other similar ones.

Love the quality and the colors and the overall feel of the book. I journaled in Moleskine for the last 20 years and due to price, I'm starting to look at other options. Overall, this is a solid journal - paper is thick in a lovely cream, binding and cover are sturdy. My only issue, and it's 100% personal issue, is that the lines are college ruled NOT narrow ruled. After two decades of writing in narrow ruled journals, it's glaringly obvious to me. I had to study customer photos, purchase and open the package and then compare old journals to confirm that information. At the time of purchase, that detail is not listed in any of the descriptions. If you're insane and picky AF like me, just be aware the lines are (ever so slightly) wider than Moleskine journals and the title line is on the stumpy side. If you don't mind and are not crazy, please absolutely buy this journal!

No bleed through on these pages tho there is a slightly transparent look when backlit, and overall seems well made? The pages fold open well, no middle edge stuck down from over glue on binding.

I like this notebook a lot. It lays flat, and the paper is smooth. I've been drawing/coloring with pens (Pentel EnerGel pens if that helps?) and it does fine with the ink. The pages are thick enough that if I color on them, you can see it on the back side of the page but the ink doesn't actually bleed through the paper. So the back side of the page is still usable. Your mileage may vary depending on your writing utensil of choice, of course. I will buy this brand of notebook again when I need another one!

Really love this journal! Despite the price, it feels really high quality. The dotted pages don’t feel thin at all, and the pens I’ve used haven’t bled through (faber castell pitt pens & zebra mildliners). Love the envelope in the back too :)
