Spektrum SR215 2-Channel DSMR Sport Receiver – Compact, Reliable, Perfect for Mini Builds Picked this up while building out my mod class Mini-B setup, and it ended up being exactly what I needed. Size is very close to OEM, which is important on these smaller cars where space is tight. It fit clean without having to get creative on mounting, and it paired right up to my Spektrum transmitter with no issues. Performance has been solid — consistent signal, no glitches, and dependable on the track. That’s really all you want from a receiver, especially when you’re pushing these cars hard in a race environment. I also keep a couple of these in my pit box as backups. Electronics don’t fail often, but when they do, you’re done for the day — so having a spare ready to drop in is worth it.
