Unfortunately I received violet instead of orange, but the lights still function how they were listed. Color just wasn't I wanted.It's been rained for a few days so weatherwise it seems pretty waterproof. I did not receive a remote either, so I did not rate the remote. These solar lights do have a setting on each individual panel to change the speed and blinking though.The brightness I think is decent, but I have dark decorations out. Orange or even white lights would have popped out more in my opinion. However, the violent pops against the white cobwebs so it'll may be better paired with lighter decor or room etc. The 1st picture is with the porch light off and the 2nd one is with my porch light on.Setup was really easy! The solar panels just need to charge in the sun for approximately 8hrs, but I believe they still charge even if it's cloudy with rain because I did not have a sunny day the morning I set the lights up.Still wish I got the correct color, but shipping to me takes weeks so replacing will take too long. I would recommend these lights, they're nice and add a cool touch to the yard for Halloween.

after full day charge, this doesn't work more than 1 hour! so I had to get a rechargeable battery.

Lights are bright. However, the color is a light blue instead of winter white. Also, lights do not stay off very long. I had to keep adjusting the setting on the remote control.

The brightness is good for the price. 2 pieces shown in picture. 1st is from 5 ft away and then 30ft away. Solar power lasted a rainy day

These lights are such a bummer. I have a small space I wanted to light up for the holiday while they fit the space well they do not function as expected. They do not hold a charge through the night, and most of the time they are dim at best as soon as they turn on. I live in a rainy area so the sky has been pretty dark but I did expect them to do better than this at charging. They do seem to be holding up to the rain just fine. They look good when they do work and they have many settings. For the price in a sunny area they would probably be great. The review asked me to rate the remote control, it didn't come with one, I don't think it was supposed to...

One of these strings of lights is perfect for a 3 foot tree that I plan on putting outside. The multiple patterns are cool too

These are exactly what i wanted, they are so cute and BRIGHT.I was honestly surprised how bright they were for such tiny leds.I would definitely recommend buying them, especially for the price and CUSTOMER SERVICE, one of the best, had a little issue with a product missing pieces and they were super nice, understanding and sent a replacement right away.

Bought as a set of two - one is fine, the other only turns on (and stays in hyper mode b/c there is no actual button installed UNDER the rubber button to change it)SO over crap solar. :(

Only one set works properly, I contacted seller days ago with no response, very disappointing because the working set. is beautiful!

The lights do not always work and don’t stay come on at dusk. I have to constantly turn them on. Very disappointed. Not worth the money. I should just bought the traditional lights.
