Young, not so dumb and doing a great job first time mum!
I have known Taylor and her mum for many years so was looking forward to reading her book, not being a mother and being an only child I have little experience with babies however I found it funny and touching as Taylor puts into perspective the joy but also the honest struggle of bringing up a baby showing that while it is the best experience of her life it can also be bloody hard and people should give themselves a break, real life isn't the "perfect" social media life we are bombarded with. She is a talented young woman and I look forward to reading her next book!

If you want the honest truth about parenting and life after children this is a must
I first came across Taylor on Instagram and quickly grew to love her truthful posts about everyday life as a parent.Too many people these days glam up how amazing parenthood is and never really tell the truth...UNTIL NOW!!Read about explosive nappies, ALDI shopping and never being able to pee in peace while going through the early period in the life of a #youngdumbfirsttimemumIf you read this book (in one sitting like I did) and don't end up laughing, crying and wanting more then there just isn't any hope for you i'm afraid. This book isn't just for the mother unit as I found it just as fun reading the things I had been through with my children, and finding someone brave enough to share it with the world!I've already put my order in for her next book and am eagerly awaiting news that it has been published. Thanks Taylor for making my year, looking forward to part 2!Rob

Brilliant wee book
Fabulous wee book. Perfect as a gift for first time Mums and Dad's. Really humorous. Wish I had this book many moons ago when I became a Mum.

Honest!
This book gives you the honest truth about parenting, the highs and the lows. It doesn't paint this perfect picture of it that you see a lot - and it makes you feel less alone during the difficult parts. Also, it is funny! There are parts that crack you up because of how honest and raw they are. It is hard not to relate to this book!

Best "parenting" novella I've ever read!!
What can I say Taylor??This book, in my opinion, is well worth the read, and deserves more than five stars. Not only is it very insightful into the life of a young mum, but it gives us a detailed picture at the mental health side of motherhood.Although I have no children (yet??), I found it very relatable. I found myself laughing, crying and despairing along with you. I also found myself being anxious and guilty with you too. As well as this, this novella is also as honest as it gets while being humorous. It is the most enlightening novella I’ve read in awhile.I definitely recommend this book to young and old mothers alike, and to people who are thinking about having children. I am highly anticipating the next one. Well done on your first and good luck with your little devil.
