I let the batter sit for the 5 min the bag recommends. The batter is thick. Use a large cookie scoop and the full bag made 25. So amazing—would never know they’re vegan! Flip them when the edges brown. Maybe my griddle runs hot but i cook at 300°. Fluffy and can taste the cinnamon. So grateful to have found these vegan pancakes!!! I make a big ol mess so I make them all at once and then freeze most of them. I microwave them on defrost and come out just as perfect.
