We try to keep up with all the little garden jobs, because it is nice to relax in the garden in the summer, but getting all the different garden tools out all of the time can be a bit of a pain. I don't particularly like getting out all the big electric tools as they feel dangerous to me (yes you guessed it I am a woman! :-)) and I prefer to have my partner, David, around when I am doing jobs like that.So when we came across this fantastic little gadget - we thought it would be perfect to try out for me to use. We are so pleased we did!! It is so easy to use and great for cutting back small or large tree branches - without those scary electric hazards. I got into the swing of it straight away and the handles are so easy to hold and use! It was also great for getting into a couple of tricky tight spaces without the use of a long big machine and was able to cut back some branches near the fence that we couldn't get to with the electric chainsaw - Simply Brilliant.We needed to fix some garden furniture as well and it cut through some planks of wood like a hot knife through butter!This is a must have gadget for your toolbox.What we were so impressed with was the customer service we received from the STUNNING GADGETS team. This is awesome. I bought it for my son as a present. Unfortunately, I've only seen it once.in action. But that one.time was pretty impressive. It cut through a branch about 1 1/2 in diameter in less than a minute.

I am really impressed by the product's quality and versatility. As a keen wilderness camper, my partner and I go camping in forests and countryside away from civilization and this tool has been a blessing. Not only can we use it to pick our way through the undergrowth if we come across a bit that's too overgrown to pass, but we can use it to saw up our firewood too. I was amazed at how light it is to carry despite it's quality, and it's very well made so it can saw through thin or thick branches. It's perfect for our needs and I wish I'd bought one sooner rather than struggling all these years. We also use it around the garden when we're at home, so it's multipurpose and well worth the money. Highly recommend it to gardeners and campers alike!

did not go out and immediately try this, which I suppose I should. This is for my possibilities bag which goes with me everywhere. Should I get stuck somewhere, I'm hopefully prepared with enough to ride out a bad traffic jam, a bit of local flooding, a snow storm hangup. Its small, the price is reasonable, the chain looks as good as that on my power chain saw and the handles seem well attached and sturdy. I'll give it a try on something and if it fails, I'll let you all know.

This looks cool, I must admit. I got two, one for my Son. I recently tried mine out, worthless. I asked him what he thought, worthless. Get a real saw.

The saw is a cut up piece of an actual chain saw blade. This means you only get cutting action in one direction and just a ruff ride when pulling back in the other. While the weight and case are good, it does no out weigh the extra effort. I have another saw similar to this one that is designed to cut on both strokes and bites on the initial cut much better. This product will be used in my classes to show you get what you pay for. In a self reliant emergency situation you rely on good products that save you as much effort/expended energy as possible. This is not one of those products. Would not recommend. I gave two stars because it held together after 40 minutes of use, that is a small plus.

I am a low tech gadget guy. I've checked out several pocket chain saws and went with this one because: it comes with a case that clips closed, comfortable, durable straps, and its tough and useful. I used it right out of the case to trim a few tree limbs. It makes quick clean cuts.I am not a "survivalist," or a "prepper," but I have been through tornadoes and multiple hurricanes where this little pocket chain saw would have been handy. If you are gathering emergency supplies to have in advance of a real disaster or just the zombie apocalypse, this is worth having.

The items I purchased were for preparation of any kind of event where our family might need them...also for camping. The chainsaw is relly well made and compact for carrying on the utility belt I bought. I also purchased water filters, fire starter kit, knives, survival kit and iodide tablets, etc. Our bug-Out bags are packed just in case we need them...Praying we don't!
