I have a Wolf 50cc scooter that needed a belt and new variator. This product was an exact fit and I am back up and running. The nut holding the variator is tough to remove. Make sure you have an impact wrench to remove it. Mine was on so tight, I needed to heat it red hot with a torch before applying the impact wrench. Product is of good quality and expect to get about 5000 miles on it.

Perfect fit and function.

The rollers were too heavy but the variator was definitely OEM and it is back up to speed vs the so called "performance variators". I will order this again when I wear this one out.

Yeah I mean my bike runs now. Faster too

So I installed it and compared to old ones this one seems a bit to tight wheen it coins to allwog the variator to expand and having the rollers rolls. Not sure if lube would help I dont want it getting on the belt or roller weights but having it be so tight makes me assume that's why it's not starting.

So I’ve bought 2 of these now and one seized up after a month or so and the new one is about to do the same thing not buying this anymore

Very disappointed as the plate is not sliding freely, even after removing and putting back 3 grommets several times. I have similar parts in my shop and they have to slide freely. Poor machine work and I wonder about the QA process before they ship them out ? Have contacted the seller, might update later if they send a replacement but so far, not reassuring.
