Does Parker Sonnet Fountain Pen made in China?

I do not think Parker Sonnet Fountain Pens are made in China. I do not see any indication anywhere on the pen or the box, etc. that they are.

Does this pen come with a Parker pen convertor to refill using bottled ink or do I need to purchase that separately?
