Probably would have been good unit, if it had fit
No fault of the product, but it didn't fit in the dash space, DEPTH-WISE. This was in a '99 Ford F-150, and the radio/stereo space is dome shaped at the top and does not allow a fully-dimensioned double din unit to insert more than a couple inches. I had already hooked up electrics prior to this and the unit did operate with good image & resolution, etc. Those of you with Ford trucks of this era be warned. I have since fitted a short digital receiver/double din unit that works OK, but image and interface did not look as good as this JVC. Bummer.

Junk
This stereo with camera started out a great buy. First the camera quit as soon as it snowed. Full of water not sealed. Then started having problems with the stereo. It’s screen freezes up a lot and is very slow response. I’m not impressed and unhappy with the purchase. I recommend searching a different brand. Also recommend not buying the stereo camera bundle. Not worth the let down.
