We were headed out on a vacation with another couple and in the spirit of saving money we were flying out of our home state on Spirit Airlines we also are going to have a long layover and did not want to have to check any bags in order to simplify our travel. We ordered or backpacks because we know that they would fit the specifications for flying on that particular airline. We have been together for 17 years and this was our very first vacation ever and we were headed to Saint Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. We were both able to pack everything we needed for three nights and four days of absolute heavenly fun in the islands into our bags !

I used this bag for a trip to Florida for 5 days using Frontier. I was able to get 4 days of clothes, one pair of shoes and my toiletries. I did break the zipper on the underside of the flap. My fault. I was trying to put something in there that didn't fit. The best part about it was that it fit perfectly under the seat.

Actually fits in both a Spirit and Frontier as personal bag.. Very happy so far, I used it on a Frontier flight. I packed everything in the packing bags, once I got to my destination pulled those out and used the backpack as a day bag.

I've only used it once for a weekend trip to the beach, but it worked out well. I completely stuffed it (1 pair of hedges, 1 pair of flip flops, 1 pair of water shoes, 1 romper, 1 pair of jeans, 1 skirt, 2 t-shirts, 3 swim suits, 2 cover-ups, and toiletries. I was really amazed it held so much and it still fit Spirit Airlines carry on bag requirement.

Best feature for me is the top-loading design. Only used it once so far for a 3 day Vegas trip on Spirit and it worked well. Perfect size for a Pack-it garment folder with 4 days worth of shirts, pants and shorts. This packed along the back of the bag also helps to give the bag rigidity and shape and it leaves plenty of room in front of it for shoes, another pack-it cube with socks and undies, a toiletry bag and my headphone case. The shoulder straps could be better and a sternum strap would be nice but I don't intend to wear this for long distances or pack it heavy. The two front straps with the magnet catches are a flimsy material but they really don't do much so should last. They really aren't necessary since the buckles under the flap hold it down. I bought it after a relative came to visit and had the black one. I like the look of the Grey better with the black straps and it's cheaper.

This is a must have to beat the Spirit pricing scam. It will hold 3-4 days of casual wear for me. No additional bag charges from Spirit since this qualifies perfectly as a personal item and fits neatly under your seat. This bag could implode Spirits business model. Obviously I’m pleased.

Purchase this for a trip we just did and it was fantastic. It fits a good amount of clothing and supplies, not a lot of waste space. It’s got a few pockets in it but not too many (which I see as a positive, those usually waste space).We took then on United basic economy and frontier while pretty full and had no issues with either airline and they did fit under the seat in front of you.The only thing I don’t love is the buckles on the outside. It’s got sturdy buckets under the topFlap but the ones you can see on the outside that are slightly more decorative fall off rally easy. They don’t snap in hard and the fabric strap is kind of flimsy so the buckle doesn’t stay on well. Minor complaint and would still recommend.

This is such an amazing backpack! I’m just travelled to China and the pockets/storage sections of the bag made packing so much easier. I used to use my school bag for travel, but after upgrading to this backpack, I now carry all my belongings in an organized manner. The many straps and sealed pockets are also great for riding public transportation or roaming around new cities; they gave me peace of mind knowing that my stuff was secure.
