I want to integrate this into 4 Extreme2's in my car using bluetooth only. Can this play a signal sent via bluetooth without having to use a cable?

There's no way you are putting this speaker into a car. And no, it does not accept the Bluetooth signal without a cable.

Can these subs be daisy chained with each other

Yes, they have an output that will carry line level signal to the next speaker.

Watts are really insignificant with speakers (its an outdated way of measuring how loud speakers are). You really want SPL and frequency range on a speaker. Max SPL on this is 134, which is pretty good. Frequency Range (-10 dB) 31Hz –150Hz Frequency Response (-3 dB) 42.5Hz – 150Hz . These are loud and get nice lows.

Is this powered by battery?

No, this is NOT battery powered
